What do you love most about winter?

I love the contrast between calm and adrenaline. That feeling when the world is completely still, yet I’m moving fast through snow and mountains. There’s something magical about winter. The light, the sound, the cold.

How does your period affect your winter adventures?

As a skier, everything is about timing. Weather windows, snow conditions, daylight. But your period doesn’t care about that; it comes whenever it wants. Standing on top of a mountain with cramps, hours left in the cold, and still needing to perform at your best, that can be tough.
But that’s also why it’s so important to talk about it, and to find solutions that actually work.

How do period panties make things easier for you outdoors?

They just make the whole experience simpler. I don’t have to think about logistics on a long ski tour or when I’m camping. I can just focus on skiing and feel comfortable all day. It’s such a relief to be able to rely on something that simply works.

What does it mean to you to move freely, even during your period?

Freedom is my main drive, both in life and in skiing. Periods can get in the way sometimes, but having the right products that make it easier and more comfortable makes all the difference.

Which period underwear is your favorite?

The boxer with medium absorption is my winter favorite. It feels just like a regular base layer, fits perfectly under ski clothes and thermals. I wear it just as much on the mountain as I do at home. It’s my go-to.
