Sometimes a decision is made to last – but sometimes it’s not. That’s why we offer a 60 day return policy (14 days for sale items). In other words, you can return items to us within 60 days of the date upon which you received your order. Please note that the items should still have their original labels, and be unused and in their original condition. 

To return the unwanted items by postal services, please send the items together with the Delivery Returns Form (enclosed with your order) to us within 60 days on which you received the items. We recommend you to use the same box as you received your items in.

You are liable for paying the return delivery cost by yourself. But for Sweden, Norway, Finland and United Kingdom we offer free returns.

We offer a 45-day free trial when you buy our period underwear for the first time. Simply buy it, try it, wear and wash it. If you're not satisfied, let us know and we’ll refund you fully. To claim the free trial just contact our customer service, tell us about your reasons for returning the product.
