How much blood can period panties hold?

Our period panties come in many variations and are designed with different absorbency levels for every period - from light to heavy. A lot like disposable menstrual products, in fact. Depending on the model, our underwear can hold from 5 ml to 50 ml of blood, which equals up to 5 tampons’ worth.

20 ml Medium ≈ 2 tampons/pads
30 ml Mid-high ≈ 3 tampons/pads
40 ml High ≈ 4 tampons/pads
